I found some of Gandhi thoughts or reflections along with the interpretation by Ahmed are really interesting and stimulating. Here are some of the things that I liked the most To learn how to choose your battles : One has to learn when it is worthy to fight and when he should back off so greater goals can be achieved. nice ideas but very poorly written ,, with all the due respect .. he is better on TV than in books
The book is simple and i actually learn alot from the quotations and explanations by the author.The isolation idea is brilliant for someone who think his mind is in a chaos & i actually tried that before but ended up failing.Hope i can do it some day like isolate 100%.
