Judgment Containing Books Don Quijote de la Mancha I (Don Quijote de la Mancha #1)

While laugh-out-loud funny in some spots, found the plot to be a little too repetitive. The plot mostly consisted of small chapter long episodes, with no real over-arching plot to grab my interest.

Finished book 1. I'm reading the Lathrop translation. I'm going to take a break before picking up the second book, but I enjoyed reading Don Quixote waaaay more than I thought I would. I can't remember the last time I laughed out loud this much (or at all) while reading.

Excellent book.So many adventurers.From the beginning it grabs you, and it's hard to put it down.

I wanted to read this book for a while, as it's said to be one of the best novels all time. I enjoyed the reading and the adventures faced by Don Quijote, and found hilarious multiple stories along the book. Although I lost interest of the history several times, it is completely worthy to continue reading till the end. I would recommend this book, but would warn the reader about the style of the book and the writing in "old" Spanish.
